- Design, build, and maintain backend services using Java 21 and the Spring ecosystem (Spring Boot, Spring Data, Hibernate, JDBC).
- Develop secure, scalable, and well-structured RESTful APIs within distributed and microservices-based architectures.
- Integrate and optimize applications with relational databases such as Oracle and Aurora PostgreSQL.
- Deploy, operate, and monitor applications on AWS, leveraging services including ECS, Lambda, Step Functions, RDS, S3, SQS, SNS, and CloudWatch.
- Define, manage, and evolve cloud infrastructure using Terraform and Infrastructure as Code best practices.
- Contribute to the implementation and maintenance of CI/CD pipelines.
- Develop Python-based solutions for automation, backend processing, or system integration.
- Collaborate with data engineering teams to support data exchange, transformation, and integration workflows.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Participate in production support, troubleshooting, monitoring, and incident resolution.
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to knowledge sharing within the team.
- Proactively propose improvements to enhance system performance, scalability, reliability, and maintainability.Profile- University degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Proven experience in backend development with Java 21 and Spring frameworks (Spring Boot, Spring Data, Hibernate, JDBC).
- Strong knowledge of relational databases and SQL.
- Hands-on experience designing, deploying, and running applications in AWS environments.
- Proficiency in Python for backend development, scripting, or automation.
- Practical experience with Infrastructure as Code, particularly Terraform.
- Solid understanding of REST API design, microservices architecture, and secure coding practices.
- Experience with Git-based version control systems such as GitHub or GitLab.
- Experience working with data engineering teams or integrating with data pipelines is a plus.
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools and DevOps practices.
- Knowledge of containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) is an advantage.
- Exposure to AI-related tools or frameworks is appreciated.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira.
- Knowledge of monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions.
