SAP Systems / SuccessFactors Compensation/variable Pay

Your key responsibilities

  • Technical support, testing and quality assurance as well as further development up to final approval to IT for SAP SuccessFactors (SF) global compensation/variable pay module in conjunction with the global SAP HR systems and global payroll (including for Germany).
  • Running upload programs and mass data imports as well as download programs for quality assurance and preparation of the annual salary adjustment and variable compensation process in SAP HR and SF.
  • Interface management starting with the error analysis and solution finding and requesting error correction at IT and their external provider and followed by testing and quality assurance and final approval to IT.
  • Management of tool-supported testing and quality assurance (Jira), including the execution of functional tests for system changes and project implementations in SF and SAP HCM.
  • Definition and preparation of the test data set for the test instances with involvement of IT or its external providers on demand.
  • Supporting region and countries in creating test scripts and test cases (mostly in English but also in German).
  • Support and representation of the Release Manager for release updates of both SF and SAP HR, as well as coordination of the content of the updates with the operational business (Payroll/Admin/HR DE).
  • Support of the interfaces and integration programs between SAP HCM and SuccessFactors as well as other connected systems.
  • Consideration and compliance with legal and regulatory requirements for HR systems e.g. creation of legally compliant technical application descriptions/workbooks.
  • Support Business Requesters in creating technical concepts and supplementing them with technical aspects and commissioning them to IT
  • Conducting training courses for testers and users.
  • Management and execution of local and global projects.
  • Advising and supporting our clients in optimizing and digitizing global, end-to-end HR processes as a link between HR and IT departments and their external providers.

Your Qualifications

  • Completed studies in business administration or business informatics, or comparable qualifications.
  • Several years of experience and sound knowledge of SAP Compensation/variable pay in conjunction with SAP HR payroll in at least of one European country, including interface support and use of upload programs.
  • Professional and technical consulting expertise.
  • Strong knowledge of HR processes.
  • Strong project management skills (both Agile and Waterfall) and presentation skills.
  • High affinity for IT.
  • Professional knowledge of MS Office products.
  • Structured, analytical problem-solving skills.
  • Fluent English (spoken and written) and German (at least C1 level).
  • Teamwork skills and intercultural competence.
