Job Location: Bursa, Gebze, and Ankara
Role Responsibilities:
- Preparing and maintaining a project management plan
- Monitor project deliverables
- Managing project schedule, cost, and scope
- The leading project, within the project budget and program strategy, in terms of quality, time, information, and organization, monitoring progress and managing external resources
- Determining project risks, defining corrective action, and driving the projects to closure.
- Leading project meetings, tracking project changes through change management meetings
- Update relevant stakeholders or team members on the project's progress
- Coach and support team members
- Follow up and utilize the customers' standards/ requirements
- Handle relevant partners effectively
- Support the PPAP & and APQP files for the products
- Follow up on the sample and serial production processes
Role Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electric& Electronics or Mechatronics
- Min. 5 years of experience in a similar position, preferably in the automotive industry
- Advanced level of English
- Familiar with APQP-PPAP processes
- Knowledge of Waterfall/ Scrum&Agile framework
- Knowledge of Automotive SPICE terminology
- Preferably PMP certificated (or equivalent)
- Ability to show a proactive approach and keen to adapt agile working principles, self-learner
- Good analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Experienced Jira & MS Project applications
- Result-oriented and capable to understand and act upon technical, commercial, procurement, and logistic issues
- High attention to detail and deadlines
- Available to travel abroad
- Strong business acumen in project planning and management
- Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills
