Key Responsibilities
- Manage factory production operations: carpentry, painting, printing, welding, and fabrication
- Plan and monitor project schedules, workflow, and production timelines
- Optimize manpower, materials, and resources to maximize productivity
- Ensure quality standards are maintained across all production departments
- Coordinate with site teams, project teams, and management for smooth execution
- Monitor costs, control budgets, and identify cost-saving opportunities
- Track project progress and resolve production or scheduling issues
- Prepare regular production and project progress reports
- Strong technical knowledge of interior fit-out and joinery production
- Experience managing factory teams and multiple projects
- Excellent planning, leadership, and communication skills
- Proven experience in cost control and productivity improvement
- Ability to meet tight deadlines and manage priorities
