Senior MEP Project Manager

  1. Develop and implement comprehensive MEP project plans, execution strategies, and resource schedules aligned with overall project objectives.
  2. Prepare, manage, and control project budgets, ensuring accurate cost forecasting and financial performance.
  3. Coordinate mechanical, electrical, and plumbing designs to ensure compliance with specifications, codes, and client requirements.
  4. Liaise effectively with clients, consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and authorities to ensure smooth communication and timely issue resolution.
  5. Administer contracts, review variations and claims, and ensure adherence to contractual obligations and applicable conditions.
  6. Oversee procurement of MEP materials and subcontractors, ensuring quality standards, cost efficiency, and timely delivery.
  7. Monitor and supervise on-site MEP installation activities to ensure compliance with approved drawings and technical specifications.
  8. Implement and enforce QA/QC procedures to ensure all MEP works meet regulatory and project standards.
  9. Identify, assess, and mitigate technical, commercial, and operational project risks.
  10. Track and report project progress against baseline schedules, implementing corrective actions to maintain timelines.
  11. Lead testing, commissioning, and system integration to ensure operational readiness and performance compliance.
  12. Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations across all project phases.
  13. Lead, mentor, and manage multidisciplinary MEP teams to achieve project objectives and performance targets.
  14. Drive value engineering initiatives to optimize design efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance system functionality.
  15. Manage project close-out activities, including as-built documentation, O&M manuals, final accounts, and formal handover.
