- Develop and implement comprehensive MEP project plans, execution strategies, and resource schedules aligned with overall project objectives.
- Prepare, manage, and control project budgets, ensuring accurate cost forecasting and financial performance.

- Monitor and supervise on-site MEP installation activities to ensure compliance with approved drawings and technical specifications.
- Implement and enforce QA/QC procedures to ensure all MEP works meet regulatory and project standards.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate technical, commercial, and operational project risks.
- Track and report project progress against baseline schedules, implementing corrective actions to maintain timelines.
- Lead testing, commissioning, and system integration to ensure operational readiness and performance compliance.
- Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations across all project phases.
- Lead, mentor, and manage multidisciplinary MEP teams to achieve project objectives and performance targets.
- Drive value engineering initiatives to optimize design efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance system functionality.
- Manage project close-out activities, including as-built documentation, O&M manuals, final accounts, and formal handover.
