Job Title: Java + PL/SQL Developer

Location: Toronto, ON (Hybrid - 4x Onsite a Week)

Employment Type: Contract Opportunity

Interview Type: Face 2 Face (Onsite Interview Only)

Pay Rate: CAD$40 - $50/HR INC

Job Description

7+ years of strong background in Java development, with expertise in building scalable and high-performance applications using Spring Boot
Must have extensive experience in microservices architecture, Kafka and PL/SQL
Understanding of Microservices SOLID principle, Microservice design patterns and Cloud Native Architecture
Strong understanding of Containerized application development and hands on deploying applications in Azure/AWS/GCP/OCP/PCF/Kubernetes Cluster
Implement containerization using Docker and Orchestration using Kubernetes
Experience in Git, Gradle/Maven, Jenkins/Helios and other DevOps Tools

Secondary Skills

Excellent communications skills & Leadership skills
Agile experience
Understanding of IT Standards and Methodologies
Experience in Financial and Wealth Management Domain will be an advantage
