Job Title: Scrum Master

Location: Toronto, ON (4x onsite a week)

Employment Type: Contract

Pay Rate: CAD$55 - $60/HR INC

Interview Type: Face 2 Face (Onsite Interview Only)

Job Description

  • Associate to have a Scrum master experience for a minimum of 8 years
  • Should have an working experience with at least 10 team members in corresponding Agile team
  • Also heshe should have an experience in representing the team in Scrum of Scrums
  • Should have an experience of handling the team which has both onsite and offshore team members
  • Should be able to coordinate well with product owner and other Agile team members on below tasks
    • Facilitate and provide support to the team in Agile ceremonies like the sprint planning meeting the daily standup meeting the sprint review meeting and the sprint retrospective meeting
    • Able to support the team in preparing user stories from epics
    • Make sure team is following Scrum framework values and Agile practices
    • Mentoring and motivating teams to improve processes
    • Facilitating Agile meetings work towards eliminating impediments if any
    • Help the team in decision making scenarios etc
    • Should have hands on experience of using GENAI capabilities in day to day work as well as encourage the team to use the same
    • Should have an experience of capturing and reporting GENAI savings to required stakeholders
    • Should have good understanding on end to end flow of DevOps process
