- Hands-on exposure to AI coding assistants (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Windsurf) for basic Java code generation such as loops and collections, with the ability to manually verifycorrectnessof AI-generated code.
- StrongunderstandingofJavaframeworkslikeSpringandHibernate.
- Hands-onexperiencewithRESTfulwebservicesandAPIgateway.
- Knowledgeofdesignpatterns,datastructures,andalgorithms.
- Excellentproblem-solvingskillsandanalyticalreasoning.
- Have a strong focus on business outcomes
