We believe the future of design is augmented by AI. We are looking for an ambitious, resourceful UI/UX Designer who isn't just comfortable in Figma, but knows how to leverage Generative AI to push designs into functional front-end prototypes and no-code environments at lightning speed.

The Role

You will sit at the exciting intersection of design, business and AI-assisted development. Reporting directly to the Head of Design, you will be a core player in our project teams, working closely with Project Managers, Business Analysts and Sales to face clients, understand their needs and deliver exceptional interfaces.

Whether you are adapting a strict enterprise design system or conceptualizing a fresh UI for an internal product, you will apply a strong UX mindset to everything you touch. You won’t just hand over static screens—you will use GenAI tools to generate working HTML/CSS/JS and bridge the gap to no-code platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Design & UX Problem Solving

• Design intuitive, high-quality user interfaces for client projects and internal products.
• Adapt to and build upon existing client Design Systems, ensuring brand consistency while applying a strong UX mindset to improve user flows.
• Translate complex business requirements (gathered alongside project BAs) into elegant, user-centric wireframes, user journeys and high-fidelity mockups.

GenAI & Rapid Prototyping

• Utilize Generative AI tools (e.g., Gemini, ChatGPT, Claude, v0, etc.) to generate, iterate and troubleshoot foundational HTML, CSS and JavaScript.
• Transform static designs into working, interactive prototypes using GenAI and modern design-to-code pipelines.
• Ensure generated code or components can be easily copied/adapted into in-house no-code environments.

Client-Facing & Collaboration

• Partner with Project Teams to act as the design voice in client meetings.
• Confidently present your work on client calls, actively defending your design decisions with UX principles and data, while remaining receptive to feedback.
• Report to and collaborate with the Head of Design to maintain a high bar for quality, consistency and innovation across all outputs.
• Pivot seamlessly between external client projects and internal product design sprints.

What You Bring (Requirements)

• 1–2 years of hands-on experience in UI/UX design, preferably in a startup, agency or fast-paced tech environment.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating a solid grasp of UX principles, UI aesthetics and experience working with design systems.
• AI Resourcefulness: You don't need to be a software engineer, but you must have proven experience prompting GenAI tools to output and debug HTML, CSS and basic JS.
• Client Empathy & Backbone: The ability to communicate clearly, empathize with client needs and tactfully defend your design choices against pushback.
• Tool Mastery: Deep expertise in Figma, coupled with a working knowledge of AI design/dev assistants and no-code builders.
• Agility: A "get-it-done" startup mentality. You are comfortable dealing with ambiguity and shifting priorities.
