About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Lead .Net Developer to guide our development team across complex, large-scale enterprise applications.

This role requires strong leadership, hands-on technical expertise, and the ability to deliver high‑quality outcomes in a fast‑paced project environment. You will play a pivotal role in shaping technical strategy, driving best practices, and ensuring successful delivery across multiple concurrent workstreams.

Required Experience

• Proven experience in software development, including experience with lead or managerial role.
• Demonstrated experience delivering enterprise-level web applications.
• Strong delivery track record within tight project timelines.

Leadership & Communication

• Outstanding leadership, organisational and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse audiences.

Methodologies

• Deep understanding of Waterfall, Agile, Scrum, and DevOps practices.

• Microsoft Azure services:

• Azure DevOps for CI/CD pipeline management and release processes
• Monitoring & logging tools such as App Insights, Grafana, OpsBridge

• Visual Studio, VS Code
• Financial system integrations (e.g., BPoint, PowerBoard)
• ServiceNow
• AI‑enhanced development tools (GitHub Copilot, Microsoft Copilot Studio)
• Experience using Microsoft Copilot for code generation, refactoring and documentation (desirable)
