About the Role

As a Senior Designer, you will shape experiences that create real impact, working across UX, UI, and Service Design — using research, creativity, and systems thinking to bring clarity to complex problems.

In this role, you will:

• Design exceptional experiences: Run research, map journeys, prototype ideas, and craft beautiful, user-centred interfaces that demonstrate what truly great digital design looks like.
• Lead with influence: Facilitate workshops, co-design with clients, and guide projects with a strong, thoughtful design perspective. Work directly with stakeholders to identify opportunities, define strategic direction, and demonstrate the value of great design.
• Elevate the team and the craft: Mentor fellow designers, uplift capability, set quality standards, and play a key role in shaping a collaborative, creative team culture.
• Bring clarity to complexity: Navigate ambiguity, untangle messy problems, and communicate insights and direction with confidence.

You will have:

• 6+ years' experience across UX/UI, spanning websites, apps, digital products, and ecosystems.
• A proven ability to mentor, guide, and elevate other designers.
• Strength across the full design cycle: research, IA, journey mapping, prototyping, testing, UI, and delivery.
• A portfolio that showcases your thinking, not just your visuals — real problems solved and real outcomes created.
• Fluency with Figma, Miro, and the standard design toolkit.
• A genuine care for people, quality, and continuous improvement.
