You will contribute to the uplift of Agile capability across the program, promoting transparency, continuous improvement, and a culture of accountability.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives and daily stand‑ups.
- Coach and mentor teams, Product Owners and stakeholders to enhance Agile maturity.
- Support squads in defining sprint goals and delivering committed outcomes.
- Identify, track and remove delivery impediments.
- Promote continuous improvement through metrics, feedback loops and retrospectives.
- Provide clear reporting on progress, risks and issues to stakeholders.
- Work closely with Delivery Managers, Product Owners and platform leaders to align work with governance, standards and quality expectations.
- Foster a culture that supports innovation, collaboration and customer‑centred outcomes.
- Tertiary qualifications in IT, Business or related discipline, or equivalent experience.
- Demonstrated experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Delivery Lead in complex enterprise environments.
- Current Agile certification (CSM, PSM I/II or equivalent).
- Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban and SAFe.
- Proven experience supporting multiple squads or projects simultaneously.
- Ability to build trusted relationships across technical and business teams.
- Strong problem‑solving skills with the ability to remove impediments and drive continuous improvement.
- Experience working with multidisciplinary teams (developers, testers, analysts, architects).
- Proficiency with Agile delivery tools such as Azure DevOps or Jira.
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast‑paced program environment.
