Role: We are seeking a Tech Business Analyst with strong expertise in Artificial Intelligence, particularly Large Language Models (LLMs). The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions, ensuring AI-driven initiatives deliver measurable value.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze business processes and identify opportunities where AI/LLMs can enhance efficiency, automation, and decision-making.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, product managers, and data scientists to translate business requirements into AI-driven solutions.
• Document functional requirements, workflows, and use cases for AI/LLM integration.
• Evaluate emerging AI technologies, tools, and frameworks to recommend adoption strategies.
• Support testing, validation, and deployment of AI solutions, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Provide insights on ethical AI use, data governance, and compliance considerations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst in tech-driven projects, preferably with exposure to AI/ML.
• Understanding of LLMs (e.g., GPT, Claude, LLaMA) and their applications in enterprise contexts.
• Strong analytical, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and product lifecycle management.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with prompt engineering and fine-tuning LLMs.
• Knowledge of data pipelines, APIs, and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP).
• Ability to communicate complex AI concepts in simple business terms.
