About the Role
The Agentic Platform Engineer will help build our agentic platform that enables teams to design, deploy, and operate AI agents at enterprise scale. The platform uses CrewAI under the hood and you’ll work closely with our architect to shape platform primitives, patterns, and guardrails. This role blends software engineering with practical GenAI/agent experience—focusing on frameworks, evaluation, observability, configuration, and integration into enterprise systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and evolve the core agentic platform capabilities (agent orchestration patterns, tool execution, memory/context strategies, and integrations).
- Implement standardized scaffolding and templates for new agents, enabling consistent quality and faster delivery.
- Develop CI/CD pipelines and release processes for agentic services using CloudBees/Jenkins.
- Integrate and operate LLM routing and provider abstractions via LiteLLM (or equivalent), including reliability and fallbacks.
- Implement observability, tracing, and evaluation harnesses for agents using LangFuse (or equivalent) to drive continuous improvement.
- Establish configuration management patterns for agent behavior, prompts, tools, and environment-specific settings.
- Partner with architecture, product, and engineering teams to gather requirements, refine technical designs, and deliver incremental value.
