We’re looking for a Service Product Manager (m/f/d) with a strong sense of ownership and an entrepreneurial mindset to lead one of our key service product lines. In this strategic role, you’ll shape innovative service solutions, define product direction, and collaborate across functions — all with a high degree of autonomy and visibility in a dynamic, international environment

Your Responsibilities

• End-to-End Product Ownership: Take full responsibility for a defined service product group — from concept to launch and lifecycle management
• Market & Customer Insight: Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor offerings to identify opportunities and drive meaningful growth for the Services business
• Strategy & Business Case Development: Build compelling business cases, define pricing strategies, and develop product roadmaps aligned with company goals
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Engineering, Sales, Operations and Finance to develop and deliver impactful service solutions
• Go-to-Market Execution: Lead the rollout of new services, support internal enablement, and ensure successful adoption across global markets
• Performance Monitoring & Optimization: Define KPIs, track product performance, and continuously improve based on data and feedback
  
  

Your Profile

• Technical degree with strong commercial understanding or business degree with solid technical background
• Experience in product management, ideally within an industrial or power generation-related environment
• Strong self-motivation, structured working style, and a hands-on mentality
• Customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving skills and a passion for continuous improvement
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work across functions and cultures
• Fluency in German and English
• Willingness to travel occasionally to support customer engagement and product initiatives
