Scrum Master
Are you a passionate Scrum Master who thrives on empowering teams, driving continuous improvement, and fostering a true Agile mindset. You will ensure a deep understanding and correct application of Agile principles, helping the team maximize project outcomes while protecting them from internal and external distractions.
Responsibilities:
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies: Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives
- Schedule and monitor key Agile milestones
- Ensure the smooth and effective use of Scrum methodology
- Support the team in managing the Product Backlog and Sprint Backlog
- Safeguard the Definition of Done (DoD)
- Track and monitor team capacity and velocity
- Ensure backlog consistency in Jira
- Proactively manage risks and issues
Agile Coaching & Methodology
- Promote gradual team self-organization
- Remove barriers to team effectiveness
- Protect the team from external disruptions
- Coach stakeholders and business lines on effective Agile collaboration
- Foster a culture of ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement
Requirements:
- Master’s degree or equivalent experience
- Certified Scrum Master
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
- Fluent in French and English
Technical Expertise (Mandatory)
- Strong knowledge of Agile reporting and follow-up tools (e.g., Jira)
- Understanding of automated unit testing, automated functional testing, and CI tooling
- Solid knowledge of software development methodologies
- Strong project management methodology knowledge
Business Expertise
- Expert knowledge of Agile methodologies and techniques
- Strong Agile mindset with coaching experience
- Banking sector experience (mandatory)
