Scrum Master

Are you a passionate Scrum Master who thrives on empowering teams, driving continuous improvement, and fostering a true Agile mindset. You will ensure a deep understanding and correct application of Agile principles, helping the team maximize project outcomes while protecting them from internal and external distractions.

Responsibilities:

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies: Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives
• Schedule and monitor key Agile milestones
• Ensure the smooth and effective use of Scrum methodology
• Support the team in managing the Product Backlog and Sprint Backlog
• Safeguard the Definition of Done (DoD)
• Track and monitor team capacity and velocity
• Ensure backlog consistency in Jira
• Proactively manage risks and issues

Agile Coaching & Methodology

• Promote gradual team self-organization
• Remove barriers to team effectiveness
• Protect the team from external disruptions
• Coach stakeholders and business lines on effective Agile collaboration
• Foster a culture of ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement

Requirements:

• Master’s degree or equivalent experience
• Certified Scrum Master
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
• Fluent in French and English

Technical Expertise (Mandatory)

• Strong knowledge of Agile reporting and follow-up tools (e.g., Jira)
• Understanding of automated unit testing, automated functional testing, and CI tooling
• Solid knowledge of software development methodologies
• Strong project management methodology knowledge

Business Expertise

• Expert knowledge of Agile methodologies and techniques
• Strong Agile mindset with coaching experience
• Banking sector experience (mandatory)
