- Contributing to architectural decisions and technical direction
- Mentoring engineers through pairing, PR feedback, and best practices
- Strong senior-level full-stack engineering experience
- Strong production experience with PHP and Laravel
- Comfortable working with a .NET backend
- Solid web fundamentals (HTTP, REST, authentication, performance, security)
- Experience with APIs, queues, integrations, and data modelling
- Able to work independently with high accountability and ownership
- Clear communicator with product, design, and stakeholders
- Experience with React or Vue
- Experience working across multiple backend technologies
- Passion for engineering quality and pragmatic decision-making
