In this role, you will be instrumental in shaping our Design System SHIELD, which serves as the foundational framework for all our digital services and products. Your primary responsibility will be to drive innovative design solutions that elevate the user experience across various platforms. Collaborating closely with UX & UI designers, developers, and cross-functional teams, you will ensure a consistent and seamless visual and interactive experience for our users. Your expertise will help us implement modern design principles, stay ahead of UX trends, and deliver intuitive, accessible, and engaging digital interfaces.

Qualifications
- Proven experience in UX/UI design, preferably within the insurance or financial services industry
- Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in design systems, user-centered design, and digital product development
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar
- Solid understanding of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams
- Knowledge of accessibility standards and best practices in digital design
- Degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field is preferred
- Design and maintain our Design System SHIELD, ensuring it serves as a robust foundation for all digital interfaces
- Develop innovative design concepts that enhance usability and user engagement
- Collaborate closely with UX & UI designers to create cohesive and user-friendly interfaces
- Work with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs and adherence to design standards
- Spearhead initiatives to ensure a consistent visual language across all digital products and platforms
- Participate in user research, usability testing, and feedback sessions to inform design improvements
- Stay informed about the latest UX/UI trends, tools, and best practices, integrating them into our design processes
- Contribute to training sessions and workshops to promote design best practices within the organization
