Job Title: Senior Full Stack Developer
Industry: Consultancy
Contract Duration: 6–12 Months (Initial)
Location: Hybrid / Dublin (3 days onsite)
Day Rate: €650 – €750 per day (Inside IR35)
The Role:
- Design and develop scalable full stack applications supporting core Insurance Booking Systems
- Build responsive, modular, and high-performance SPAs using Angular (v10+)
- Develop secure backend services using Node.js (REST/GraphQL)
- Deploy and manage containerised applications on AWS ECS (Fargate)
- Implement API integrations with pricing engines, policy systems, CRM platforms, and third-party aggregatorsContribute to Infrastructure as Code (Terraform / CloudFormation / CDK) and cloud-native architecture
- Implement resilience patterns including retries, circuit breakers, timeouts, and idempotency
- Support CI/CD pipelines and ensure high-quality, test-driven delivery in an Agile environment
Skills Needed:
- 6–10 years full stack development experience
- Strong Angular expertise (modules, RxJS, NgRx)
- Strong Node.js experience with REST API design and backend best practices
- Hands-on AWS experience (ECS Fargate, IAM, S3, CloudWatch, RDS/DynamoDB)
- Experience with Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and automated deployments
- Knowledge of secure coding practices and OWASP principles
- Experience working within insurance or regulated financial services environments (preferred)
