Our client, an alternative asset manager, is looking for an RFP and Due Diligence professional to join on an 18-month contract. The team manages the firm's investment offerings through RFPs and RFIs.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the execution and client requests with regards to RFIs, DDQs, and other ad-hoc inquiries
• Manage and optimize the RFP data warehouse
• Oversee content strategy and execution, maintaining high standards of quality, accuracy, and relevance.
• Perform content quality assurance, ensuring compliance with brand, legal, and formatting guidelines.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure delivery of high-quality RFP content.
• Manage relationships with vendors and maintain third-party databases, portals and platforms.

Requirements:

• 8+ years of experience in with project and data management within financial services.
• Experience with RFPs/RFI’s & DDQs is essential.
• Strong communication skills to collaborate with senior leadership and external stakeholders.
• Advanced skills in Excel, Word, PowerPoint. Knowledge of Power BI is beneficial.
