The Group is experiencing significant growth due to its focus on off-site construction methods (OSM) of delivering turnkey projects, meaning on-site construction time is kept to a minimum.
The Opportunity
Due to continued expansion, we are seeking a proactive and organised HR Generalist to join our growing HR team. This is a varied and hands-on role supporting the full employee lifecycle across multiple jurisdictions.
This position offers excellent exposure across recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, reporting, training coordination and HR operations, with clear opportunity to grow as the business continues to expand.

Main Duties And Responsibilities
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Manage end-to-end recruitment coordination including job postings, CV screening, interview scheduling and candidate communication
- Support hiring managers throughout the recruitment process
- Conduct reference and background checks
- Assist with offer preparation and recruitment events
- Contribute to employer branding initiatives
- Own and continuously improve the onboarding framework to ensure a consistent and engaging employee experience
- Organise and deliver structured HR induction sessions for new employees
- Develop onboarding materials and ensure alignment with company values, safety standards and compliance requirements
- Coordinate preboarding logistics including IT setup, workstation arrangements and documentation
- Act as the primary HR contact for new hires during their onboarding journey
- Track probation periods and support managers with structured probation reviews
- Gather onboarding feedback and implement improvements to enhance employee integration and retention
- Maintain accurate and compliant employee records in line with GDPR
- Prepare contracts, amendments and HR documentation
- Support payroll processes including leave reporting and headcount updates
- Manage holiday balance reporting and monthly HR metrics
- Support visa and work permit processes where required
- Ensure HR policies and procedures remain up to date and aligned with employment legislation
- Identify training needs in collaboration with managers
- Coordinate training programmes and maintain training records
- Support the development of a Graduate Development Programme
- Contribute to career progression and workforce planning initiatives
- Assist in developing scalable HR processes to support European expansion
- Contribute to employee engagement initiatives
- Support HR system optimisation and reporting improvements
- Participate in broader people-related projects aligned to business growth
- Degree in Human Resources, Business or related discipline
- 1-3 years experience in an HR Generalist or HR support role
- Strong understanding of HR processes and Irish employment legislation
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- High level of discretion and professionalism
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement capability
- Proactive, solutions-focused mindset
- Experience in a multi-site or international environment advantageous
