Job Description:

We are seeking a fresh graduate with a strong quantitative/coding background. No prior crypto experience is required; we welcome candidates from any technical background with strong fundamentals and a keen interest in learning and growing within the crypto market-making space.

The role will involve:

• Manage day-to-day operations (trade bookings, fund/inventory movement, risk management etc)
• Manage trading/risk/operational aspects of client/market-making books
• Work closely with Developers to fine-tune and troubleshoot potential/existing technical issues

Candidate Profile

• Open to candidates from any technical background with strong fundamentals.
• Keen interest in learning and growing in the market-making space within Digital Assets.
• Able to perform independently in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Data Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field; fresh graduates preferred.
• Strong maths and analytical skills with a passion for problem-solving.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C++ R, or MATLAB.
• Experience in AWS, FIX, git, Web Apps, C#, Java, Excel is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Ability to multi-task and operate in a highly dynamic environment with a strong eye for detail
• Prior internship or work experience in crypto, finance, quantitative analysis, or a related field is a plus.
