What You Will Do

We're looking for a Product Designer to join as a key individual contributor, working directly with the Head of Product. You will play a substantial role in building Skillvue's product suite by owning the product experience design process end-to-end.

• Own end-to-end product design for complex enterprise workflows, from early discovery through shipped pixels
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, AI and Science, Customer, Sales) to translate ambiguous problems into clear, usable solutions
• Design for enterprise users who need power and flexibility without sacrificing usability
• Rapidly prototype, test, and iterate on new concepts daily
• Contribute to and evolve our design system
• Continuously innovate: explore emerging tools, techniques, and AI-native design patterns

• Experience working on complex B2B or enterprise products
• Real experience navigating complex user needs, multi-stakeholder environments, and long sales cycles
• Experience designing AI-powered products or data-heavy interfaces
• Familiarity with HR tech, talent management, or assessment tools
• Background in or appreciation for behavioral science, psychology, psychometrics, or evidence-based design

The process

• Skillvue assessment (15-20 min): AI video assessment to discover your skills
• Case study: Show us how you think and build
• Head of Product interview (90 min): Present your work and get to know Giacomo, who you'll mostly work with
• Founder interview (30 min): Meet the founding team as a bar raiser

The offer

• Full-time permanent contract
• €30-50K compensation, based on skills
• Meal vouchers worth 8 euros/day
