We are seeking a Regional Information Security Specialist to join the Continental Europe Risk, Compliance & Security team. This role is pivotal in implementing the Group Information Security strategy across your designated perimeter, ensuring alignment with local entities and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy Implementation
- Drive the implementation of Group Information Security strategy within the region.
- Coordinate closely with local IT and business teams to ensure compliance.
Policy & Governance
- Lead the rollout of security tools and processes.
- Ensure Group security policies are understood, applied, and exceptions managed.
- Support Audit and do action plan follow-up within primeter
Security Operations
- Conduct high-level alert analysis, evaluation, and triage.
- Coordinate local security incident mitigation and escalation.
- Participate in Group security committees to represent regional specificities.
Awareness & Training
- Promote security awareness locally in line with Group and shareholder expectations.
Adaptability
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or Cybersecurity, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in information security or related fields.
- Professional certifications such as CISSP strongly wished, ISC2 CC or equivalent as a minimal requirement.
Required Skills
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles and technical implementation.
- Good knowledge of Market Security landscape solutions (EDR, XDR/SIEM, Vulnerability Management, …)
- Knowledgeable in Security-by-Design, Security-in-Projects, Application Security, OWASP Top 10, and IoT Security.
- Familiarity with DevSecOps practices and CI/CD integration.
- Excellent coordination and stakeholder communication skills.
- Ability to manage ambiguity and implement change management methodologies.
Preferred Attributes
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
- Up-to-date knowledge of cybersecurity breach trends and market solutions.
- Experience in leading cybersecurity workstreams within projects.
Location & Work Conditions
- Flexible location options with the opportunity to work remotely.
- Occasional travel may be required for regional coordination and Group committee participation.
