About The Job

Our HR Project leader is responsible for a variety of tasks that ensure the smooth execution of HR projects. He/she develops comprehensive project plans, coordinates with other departments, and maintains detailed project documentation. Monitoring budgets, allocating resources effectively, and aligning projects with senior leadership’s objectives are essential parts of their role.

This role requires a combination of strong project management skills, deep HR expertise, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Job responsibilities

  • Coordinate cross-functional HR projects and initiatives
  • Develop and manage HR project plans from conception to completion
  • Coordinate the selection and development activities of the resources involved in the projects.
  • Monitor project budgets and resource allocation
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to align HR projects with organizational objectives
  • Serve as a liaison between executive leadership, IT, and HR teams to ensure buy-in and effective adoption of new structures.
  • Conduct project risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies
  • Guide change management efforts to ensure smooth transitions to new HR processes and technologies.
  • Create and implement comprehensive change management plans, assessing organizational readiness and managing stakeholder engagement.
  • Develop and monitor analytics dashboards to track transformation success, employee engagement, and workforce performance.
  • Animate the projects, both from the perspective of internal communication and any motivational events

Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Previous experience in HR roles, often 5+ years, with management experience preferred
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong supervisory and leadership skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks
  • Proficiency in English, French is a plus
