Your future role
"Take on a new challenge and apply your strategic and managerial expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside innovative, dedicated, and collaborative teammates. You'll drive project/program execution to maximize results with respect to cash and margin, ensuring on-time delivery in conformity with the contract/Program Charter according to Customer/Platform expectations and the requirements on EHS. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (including Core Team members, internal and external partners), lead a Project Team, and much more."
We’ll look to you for:
- Planning and managing the complete execution of your scope from transfer to close out, in line with Contract / Program Charter requirements.,
- Performing project management and contract administration according to Alstom Project Management Manual, including proactive risk and opportunity management, and in full compliance with e-book rules.,
- Representing Alstom towards Customers and, when applicable, external stakeholders (Consortium, JV, etc.).,
- Being responsible and accountable for the Project Profit and Loss; Respecting the budgets and QCD objectives.

- Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field,
- Ability to lead and motivate a diverse project team,

- Experience or understanding of project management principles and practices
- You must be fluent in Italian
