Atlas HUB is looking for a Product Manager, to support the company's intensive growth, own and mature product lines, incubate and grow new product initiatives, and support the Product department all around efforts.


This is a full-time, hybrid role based in Riga, Latvia.


Responsibilities:

  • Building product requirements based on company strategy, product roadmap and customers feedback, needs, and requests.
  • Translating product requirements to user stories, supporting the R&D effort to plan, design and execute the SCRUM sprints.
  • Experience working in agile development cycles.
  • Representing Product department in inter-company discussions and decision-making processes.
  • Closely interacting with customers and design partners, sharing company knowledge outwards and generating insights inwards.
  • Creating in depth, clear bottom-line analysis regarding various areas of interest for Product department, such as competitive landscape, feature maps and more.


Requirements:

  • B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience as a product or technical professional.
  • Experience in product strategy, go-to-market planning, and cross-functional leadership.
  • Strong engineering orientation with practical experience in robotic systems and advanced technologies.
  • Excellent presentation skills in English with the ability to explain complex technical features to both engineers and customers.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to initiate, drive, and lead processes from concept to execution.
  • Highly detail- and process-oriented.
  • Independent thinker who can challenge and influence peers and management.
  • A self-starter and doer, someone who makes things happen.
  • Willingness to travel frequently and support operations in multiple locations.
