You will contribute to green and secure energy ecosystem creation by:
- Designing, building and deploying GenAI agents to transform digital customer and employee experience across different communication channel
- Developing, optimizing and productionizing automation solutions with AI/ML methods to analyze structured and unstructured network data for actionable insights
- Working with large datasets to prototype, fine-tune and monitor LLMs and AI models in cloud environments
- Tracking market AI trends, proposing high-impact opportunities and lead pilot projects with clear success metrics
- Executing end-to-end digitization from rapid MVPs in small teams to group-wide deployments - delivering measurable value at each roadmap stage
- At least 1 year of experience in project management and know the key actions that help to deliver successful projects
- Hands-on experience with LLMs/GenAI (e.g. fine-tuning, prompting, RAG pipelines, tool integration) as well as assisting others in utilizing them effectively
- Strong Python skills for model development, data pipelines and analysis, ML and working with GenAI libraries
- At least one year of experience in developing and applying artificial intelligence solutions in business environments
- An understanding of the value created by rapid prototyping, MVPs, or pilot projects, with direct involvement in their implementation
