At Eneba, we’re entering our next phase of scale. As a Product Designer, you’ll play a critical role in evolving and elevating key areas of our marketplace experience.

You won’t just design screens. You’ll shape how millions of users discover, evaluate, and purchase in a complex two-sided marketplace.

About the team

You’ll work in a highly autonomous product pod (typically a Product Manager and backend/front-end engineers), owning discovery through delivery — and partnering closely to turn insights into measurable business outcomes

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end discovery and design delivery for marketplace features within your product pod
• Revisit and elevate key customer journeys across the marketplace — including core experiences, growth loops, checkout, payments, and risk
• Partner closely with Product Managers and engineers to generate insights and turn them into shipped business outcomes
• Design, run, and iterate on experiments to validate hypotheses and drive measurable impact
• Translate user behavior, marketplace dynamics, and business constraints into intuitive, high-quality product experiences
• Use AI/LLM tools to accelerate exploration, prototyping, and decision-making
• Raise the bar for craft, clarity, and commercial impact across the product organization

Requirements

• Senior-level experience designing complex digital products (marketplace experience is a strong plus)
• Strong systems thinking and ability to simplify complex flows (e.g., payments, risk, multi-sided interactions)
• Proven experience running experiments and designing for measurable outcomes
• High ownership mindset — you proactively identify opportunities and drive them forward
• Comfort working autonomously in cross-functional pods
• Strong product judgment and commercial awareness
• Fluency in modern design tools and curiosity about AI-assisted workflows
