About Axiology:

Built for long-term integration into European capital markets, we operate live, regulated market infrastructure in production, powering real capital markets activity in partnership with established financial institutions across Europe.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Analyze and document system flows, technical dependencies, and integration points between internal components and external services (e.g., APIs, backend platforms, partner integrations).
• Collaborate with Engineering and Architecture teams to evaluate solution options and ensure proposed designs align with both business needs and technical feasibility.
• Translate business and functional requirements into detailed technical specifications, including sequence diagrams, data flows, and interface definitions.
• Partner with Tech Leads and Product Owners to validate feasibility, scope, and edge cases during planning and grooming.
• Maintain clear and structured documentation in Jira and Confluence, ensuring alignment across Product and Engineering.
• Act as a liaison between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders to ensure a shared understanding of implementation details and impact.
• Support API design and documentation efforts, ensuring internal and third-party APIs are clearly defined, versioned, and well-integrated.

Skills That’ll Make You a Great Fit:

• 3-5 years of experience as a Technical Product Manager, Technical Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or similar role within Tech, Fintech
• Strong understanding of software architecture concepts, APIs, and integration patterns.
• Proven hands-on experience designing, consuming, and troubleshooting API integrations between disparate systems.
• Strong skills in system modeling and business process documentation (BPMN, UML)
• Proven hands-on experience preparing requirements for UI
• Fluency in English, both verbal and written
• To be detail-oriented, analytical, and inquisitive
• To be capable of working independently and collaboratively
• To be highly organized with excellent time-management skills
• Demonstrated ability in analytical reasoning and a methodical approach to problem-solving.

Bonus Points:

• Experience working with a high-growth tech company or in banking/finance-related business areas (acquiring, payments, cryptocurrency, insurance, etc.)
• Proven success on projects ranging from small initiatives to major corporate endeavours
• Experience working with blockchain technology
• Experience working on AI-driven products
• Experience working with Figma or other UX/UI frameworks
