As an IT & Cybersecurity Intern, you will:
- Assist with daily IT operations: help desk support, ticket triage, and task summarization.
- Support users with hardware, software, and access-related issues; escalate more complex problems when needed.
- Maintain and suggest improvements to IT documentation: knowledge base, SOPs, onboarding/offboarding guides, asset records.
- Work with IT systems and tools (ticketing systems, endpoint management, identity and access management, collaboration tools).
- Participate in team meetings, track action items, and report on progress.
- Collaborate with different teams to support internal projects and meet goals.
- Assist with device setup, software deployments, and internal audits.
- Curious, motivated, and eager to learn.
- A student or recent graduate in IT, Computer Science, Business Informatics, Mathematics, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- Basic technical knowledge (e.g., programming, web technologies, SQL, or testing fundamentals).
- Long-term interest in technology and cybersecurity.
- Willingness to learn and work with Atlassian, Microsoft 365, and Mobile Device Management ecosystems.
- Ability to explain tools and processes to non-technical users.
- Bonus: Entry-level certifications in Atlassian or Microsoft 365.
- Potential for full-time employment after a successful internship.
