Company Description

Built for long-term integration into European capital markets, Axiology operates live, regulated market infrastructure in production, powering real capital markets activity in partnership with established financial institutions across Europe.

We are looking for a highly senior Product & Strategy Consultant (Fractional / Part-Time) to strengthen our product discovery, cross-functional alignment, and strategic execution across the organisation.

This is not a delivery coordination role. This is a role for someone who can bring structure to complexity, challenge assumptions, and elevate how product decisions are made in a regulated, high-stakes infrastructure environment.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Lead continuous market and competitor discovery across the EU, identifying regulatory, structural, and commercial developments that impact our positioning.
  • Design and implement structured processes for collecting and analysing feedback from Sales, Business Development, Marketing, Management, and external stakeholders.
  • Ensure insights translate into clear product priorities and strategic initiatives.
  • Establish and drive cross-department alignment between Product, PMO, Engineering, Sales, and Leadership.
  • Actively facilitate problem-solving across stakeholders — replacing escalation culture with structured, outcome-driven decision-making.
  • Define and implement product governance and communication frameworks.
  • Communicate product performance, roadmap updates, and strategic shifts to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Challenge product assumptions with data, market intelligence, and commercial reasoning.
  • Support leadership in refining product-market positioning within regulated capital markets infrastructure.

Skills That’ll Make You a Great Fit:

  • 7+ years of experience in Product Strategy, Product Leadership, Management Consulting, or similar senior role.
  • Strong experience operating in fintech, capital markets, financial infrastructure, or regulated environments.
  • Proven track record of aligning multiple departments around shared product outcomes.
  • Experience building structured feedback loops between commercial and technical teams.
  • Strong understanding of product lifecycle management and strategic roadmap planning.
  • Demonstrated ability to operate at executive level while remaining hands-on when needed.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and structured thinking capabilities.
  • Fluency in English, both verbal and written.

Bonus Points:

  • Experience working with tokenisation, blockchain, or DLT-based systems.
  • Experience in EU financial regulation or capital markets infrastructure.
  • Background in high-growth or scaling environments.
  • Experience designing product governance frameworks from scratch.
  • Exposure to institutional clients (banks, investment firms, issuers).

This role can be structured as fractional / part-time, with flexibility depending on experience and impact.

If you are looking for a safe, incremental advisory role in a mature organisation, this is not it.

If you want to help build the rails of tomorrow’s capital markets — and shape how product strategy is executed in a regulated financial infrastructure company — we would like to speak with you.

Salary range: from 4000€ Gross (depending on scope and engagement model). Final compensation will depend on the candidate’s qualifications and experience.

If this role isn’t the perfect fit but you’d still like to join Axiology, feel free to send your CV to [email protected] — we’re always happy to connect with great talent.

By submitting your application, you agree that your personal data will be processed for recruitment purposes in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 and applicable Lithuanian data protection laws.
