Your Mission

Overview: The IT Platform & Tools Agent will ensure technical support and continuous improvement of the tooling ecosystem. The successful candidate will combine strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with a proactive approach to automation and efficiency including making minor code or configuration changes where needed. This role involves both customer-facing support and hands-on technical tasks within a DevOps-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Receiving, logging, and managing requests from customers.
  • Following and improving service operation procedures defined by concerned services.
  • Following up on requests in the ticketing or logging systems.
  • Investigating and resolving issues, acting as a point-of-contact for end users and internal stakeholders.
  • Maintaining a high degree of customer service and adhering to IT service management principles.
  • Participating in tooling and system development, maintenance, and updates (including minor code or configuration changes).
  • Performing log analysis and root-cause debugging.
  • Monitoring production performance, production jobs, and application health.
  • Writing or enhancing scripts and automation to streamline repetitive tasks.
  • Supporting CI/CD pipeline updates and troubleshooting build or deployment processes.
  • Providing training and technical support to end users and team members.
  • Writing and updating documentation and procedures, contributing to the knowledge base.
  • Collaborating with peers in an international, DevOps-minded environment.

Your Profile

Required Skills & Experience:

  • ITIL qualification is an asset.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills (French and English required).
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a multicultural team.
  • Customer-focused, proactive problem solver with attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of APIs and experience with troubleshooting logs.
  • Familiarity with version control (Git) and comfort contributing small code or configuration
  • changes.
  • Basic scripting and programming experience (Bash, Python, PHP, MySQL).
  • Understanding of CI/CD and modern automation tools is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • A knowledge in the following domains would be considered as an asset (level 1):
  • ITSM Tools (Service Now, BMC Atrium, Patrol, Proactive Net...)
  • Oracle database.
  • vTOM or other job scheduling tools.
  • WebLogic OSB / SOA.
  • PHP / MySQL.
  • UNIX and Windows operating system commands.
  • Networking fundamentals (VLAN, DNS,...)
  • Data Center operations.

Mandatory Requirements

  • EU citizenship;
  • You are able to work in shifts (7 AM 20 PM) and 24/7 support on call.
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken) is required; proficiency in any other European language is a plus.
