We are seeking an experienced Senior Java/Kotlin Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in system development and a proven ability to design, implement, and support software solutions independently. You will play a critical role in creating high-quality, scalable, and reliable applications, while also collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain software applications using Java/Kotlin.
- Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues promptly.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver effective solutions.
- Provide production support and ensure the smooth functioning of applications.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and continuously improve technical skills.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in system development.
- At least 8 years of hands-on experience with Java/Kotlin.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks and deliverables.
- Agile mindset, quick learner, and adaptable to changing environments.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with TypeScript and React is an added advantage.
