The Systems & Project Manager is responsible for the end-to-end optimization of the flight lifecycle. This role serves as the bridge between operational strategy and execution. You will act as the process owner for key workflows, focusing on process improvement, project management and workflow optimization. Your mission is to eliminate operational friction, translate data into strategy and ensure every flight is executed with a scalable, documented and efficient framework.

Operational Optimization & Process Ownership

  • Workflow mapping: architect the end-to-end journey of a flight.
  • Continuous improvement: actively Identify bottlenecks in the current flight operations workflow and implement scalable solutions to improve efficiency and process improvement.
  • Act as the process owner for key operational workflows, ensuring all changes are documented, audited and adopted by the team.
  • During Irregular Operations (IROPS), translate raw operational data into clear options, risks and recommendations for IOCC Leadership team.

FL3XX System Administration

  • Act as the super user and subject matter expert for the FL3XX platform.
  • System Governance: Manage user permissions, configure system settings and maintain data integrity.
  • Collaborate with key users across the company to ensure the FL3XX evolves alongside business needs.

Project Management & Digital Integration

  • Transversal leadership: lead cross-departmental projects, specifically those focused on the integration of new digitals tools or the restructuring of data reporting.
  • Translate all process optimization into Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
  • Bridge the gap between operations and communication by integrations SOP’s into tools like Slack, ensuring real time updates and automated notifications

Communication & Coordination

  • Represent IOCC in cross-functional meetings ensuring seamless coordination between dispatch, crew and management.
  • Monitor the adoption of new processes to ensure the team is operating at peak efficiency and following established processes.

To fulfill this position successfully, your qualifications and experience shall include:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Aviation Management or Business Administration is preferred.
  • Aviation Operations: 3-5 years of experience in an operational environment.
  • High Energy, driven with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A Continuous Improvement mindset with experience in process mapping or lean methodology.
  • Project management: experience leading projects, including data, implementing new software modules or redesigning internal workflows.
  • Fluent English.
