Full-Stack Engineer (Python / React)

We’re hiring a Full-Stack Engineer to help build the application layer behind an AI-powered platform used by thousands of professionals across the Netherlands.

This is not a generic CRUD role. You’ll work at the intersection of product, AI, and scalable backend systems, building the digital backbone around LLM-driven workflows and multi-agent setups.

What you’ll work on

• Building and scaling backend services in Python
• Developing responsive frontends in React
• Designing and maintaining clean API contracts
• Optimising system latency and performance
• Extending and maintaining a design system (Tailwind / Bootstrap)
• Managing and improving AWS environments together with DevOps
• Implementing authentication flows (WSO2)
• Supporting GenAI / multi-agent architectures (MCP, UTCP)

You’ll collaborate closely with LLM engineers, data scientists and DevOps in a focused AI product team.

What we’re looking for

• 3+ years in a full-stack or similar engineering role
• Strong backend fundamentals (Python)
• Solid React experience
• Experience improving performance and system latency
• Comfortable working in cloud environments (AWS preferred)
• Fluent in English
