Team
Part of a global Product & Marketing function responsible for managing and growing a multi-country service portfolio. Works closely with regional commercial teams, Operations, IT, Data, Finance, and Legal/Compliance. The team drives innovation, portfolio governance, margin optimization, and go-to-market excellence across markets.
Role – Product Manager (B2B Services Portfolio)
Responsible for owning and developing a portfolio of credit and receivables-related services across international markets.
Key responsibilities:
Product Strategy & Margin Management
- Conducts structured discovery (market research, customer interviews, win/loss analysis, competitor scans)
- Quantifies opportunities in collaboration with local markets
- Defines positioning, segmentation, pricing hypotheses, and regulatory considerations
- Monitors and optimizes portfolio margins
Product Development
- Leads cross-functional development initiatives with IT, Operations, Data, and Commercial teams
- Builds business cases outlining financial impact and organizational implications
- Defines service models, SLAs, pricing logic, and operational frameworks
Go-to-Market & Embedding
- Leads end-to-end product launches across regions
- Develops training plans, sales playbooks, and readiness checklists
- Ensures integration into systems, processes, reporting, and pricing structures
- Tracks adoption and performance; drives continuous improvement
Global Service Catalog Governance
- Builds and maintains a structured, centralized service catalog
- Standardizes value propositions while allowing local market flexibility
- Conducts annual portfolio reviews and drives ongoing innovation
Profile
Strategic and commercially driven Product Manager with 5–8+ years of experience in B2B financial services, insurance, or credit/risk-related domains. Combines strong analytical skills with cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management capabilities. Recognized for translating complex service models into scalable, market-ready solutions that drive revenue growth, margin improvement, and operational efficiency.
