Koos is a fast-growing design & innovation agency. We collaborate with governments (Covid passport app in the Netherlands) and corporates (Careem Super app in the Middle East) to develop intuitive digital products, seamless services and effective innovation engines. Now we are looking for fresh talent in product design to help boost our digital projects.

Are you passionate about making a positive impact through digital products? Do you want to develop yourself by working on diverse complex design projects worldwide - both in terms of hardcore UX skills and strategic innovation skills? Then this role will fit you like a glove. 

As a Digital Product Designer quick-starting your career, you will design rock-solid, user-friendly digital products. Products that not only make sense on all sides, but are also visually attractive. 

You are strategically strong and empathic. In your design process, you maintain a holistic perspective as in, you think beyond the screen. You know which tools to use in every step of the design process. Besides this, we strongly support you in developing your own passion. Maybe you're a geek in motion design, digital accessibility or design systems. Or just surprise us with a niche we haven't heard of!

• Identify relevant needs of users and clients.
• Understand how to strategically turn these needs into products.
• Create wireframes, design systems, prototypes and designs (we ❤️ Figma).
• Set up and conduct usability tests.
• Active exploration of AI tools, researching how AI can make the UX workflow smarter, faster, and more effective for clients

Your profile:

• A HBO / WO diploma relevant to the field.
• Junior designer (minimum of 1 year relevant work experience).
• Strong portfolio (UX/UI).
• Master the English language. Speaking Dutch is a plus.
• Proficient in user-centric design methods.
• Strategic, empathic and holistic thinker.
• Availablefrom April/May for 40 hours a week. Start date to be determined in mutual agreement
