This opportunity is part of a Guidewire Academy, designed for recent graduates and junior developers who want to build a solid career in enterprise software development within the insurance technology ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

• Participate in a structured training program focused on Java / Guidewire technology
• Develop and maintain applications using Java
• Collaborate with senior developers and technical teams on real project environments
• Contribute to software design, development, testing, and debugging activities
• Ensure code quality by following best practices and development standards
• Actively engage in knowledge sharing and continuous learning initiatives

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering / Computer Science (mandatory)
• Recent graduate or junior developer with experience in Java
• Strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles
• Fluency in English and Portuguese (C1 level mandatory)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong motivation to learn and grow in an enterprise technology environment
