On behalf of our global client, we’re currently looking for a ServiceNow Developer

Start: ASAP
Duration: 12 months + extension

Requirement:
A seasoned ServiceNow Developer with 4-5 years of overall development experience and hands‑on expertise in ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD). The role requires strong proficiency in HRSD capabilities, platform development, workflow automation, integrations, and HR data security.
Key Responsibilities
- HRSD Development & Configuration:
- Build and customize HR Case Management, HR Services, COEs, case templates, record producers, and Employee Center/Service Portal components. Ensure optimized UX and secure HR data segregation.
- Platform Development: Develop using Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, GlideRecord/GlideAjax. Implement ACLs, roles, and user criteria for security. Optimize scripts for performance and scalability.
- Workflow & Automation: Design workflows in Flow Designer, create reusable subflows, approval flows, and HR-triggered notifications.
- Integrations: Build and support integrations with HR systems like Workday, CIDM, Cornerstone using REST APIs, IntegrationHub, MID Server, and scheduled data syncs.
- Reporting & Compliance: Create HR dashboards and reports. Ensure compliance with data privacy, HR data separation, audit, and governance requirements.
- Collaboration & Delivery: Work closely with HR stakeholders, participate in requirement workshops, provide technical documentation, support testing, UAT, and production deployments.
