What you'll be doing:

• Exploring the use of large language models in customer service by applying NLP techniques to understand customer inquiries and develop next-generation dialogue systems that support all stages of the service process. The goal is to address customer service challenges, improve efficiency, and empower service teams with multimodal, multilingual capabilities.
• Leading cutting-edge NLP research in areas such as text understanding, generation, and multimodality, with expertise in model design and fine-tuning. Conducting data mining on large-scale open-source datasets and Ant's proprietary data to build a knowledge base that supports Ant's business with innovative solutions.
• Staying at the forefront of the latest research developments while continuously improving model performance for Ant's business. Encouraging the publication of research work and the filing of patents.
• Engaging in product development projects, collaborating with team members, including researchers, engineers, and product managers, to drive the application and implementation of AI in real-world business scenarios.

What are we looking for:

• Degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Statistics, Mathematics, or related fields, with a research background in NLP, CV, or multimodal studies. Experience in research on large-scale language model pre-training, RLHF, LLM-based agents, and other related areas.
• Published papers in top conferences/journals, including but not limited to ACL, NAACL, EMNLP, MM, ICML, IJCAI, KDD, AAAI, NeurIPS, SIGIR, ICLR, ICCV, CVPR, etc.
• Excellent coding ability, with familiarity in PyTorch, TensorFlow, and other deep learning frameworks. Experience with high-quality GitHub open-source projects is preferred.
• Passionate about LLMs and AIGC, and stays updated on the latest advancements in AI. Very familiar with state-of-the-art technologies for generating text, images, videos, and multimodal content.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with a focus on addressing real business challenges through modeling. Demonstrates a high level of technical curiosity, self-motivation, and the ability to stay current with and learn from industry best practices.
• Good communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to explore new technologies and business applications with the team.
