- Capture clear site photographs (rack, patch panels, switches, power source, room layout)
- Check available rack space and mounting options
- Verify power availability (UPS / Direct power source)
- Collect network details (ISP, router, firewall models if accessible)
- Confirm cable pathways and labeling
- Share detailed survey report with images
