About the Role:

The Senior People & Culture Generalist will initially focus on our Spanish entity and two offices in Barcelona and Palma. As we experience rapid growth, focus will be on embedding an in-office culture with high engagement and implementing smooth administration with focus on employee benefits and payroll. Long term this role will evolve to be the People Champion for our international employees working across the US, Latam, Europe, the Middle East and APAC supporting every aspect of the employee life cycle whilst embedding Nuitee's vision, values and mission through the strategic People & Culture agenda.

Reporting to the SVP, People & Culture your key responsibilities will include:

  • Overseeing the onboarding process for Spain (background checks, employment contracts, benefits, payroll)
  • Drive automation through our HRIS HiBob
  • Support change management across the business as it continues to grow
  • Championing employee engagement
  • Ensure a culture of trust based on open communication
  • Provide professional and accurate generalist HR advice and coach managers.
  • Work with the SVP, People & Culture with regards to the implementation of any global initiatives.

This is a brilliant opportunity for you to progress your HR career in a fast paced organization that is experiencing rapid growth and change. You will have previous experience in HR Operations in particular in Spain but also other countries, be confident in your HR technical skills and have energy, resilience and a can-do attitude. Your ability to quickly build relationships is key, through direct, authentic and positive communication.

Skills & Experience:

  • Experience of HR Operations in Spain and in multiple countries for a global company preferably in the Tech Industry (5+ years)
  • Deep experience building processes for scale through AI and automation
  • Excellent communication skills, including the ability to listen and effectively verbalize ideas
  • Strong organization skills to handle conflicting priorities and tight deadlines
  • A solid understanding of the key principles of employment law in Spain
  • The ability to remain calm in stressful situations
  • Knowledge of HRIS ideally HiBob
  • Solid ethics and morals and sound judgment
