Job Description:
Johnson & Johnson announced plans to separate our Orthopaedics business to establish a standalone orthopaedics company, operating as DePuy Synthes. The process of the planned separation is anticipated to be completed within 18 to 24 months, subject to legal requirements, including consultation with works councils and other employee representative bodies, as may be required, regulatory approvals and other customary conditions and approvals.

Job Description
The ERP Program Manager will be a part of the DPS Supply Chain organization, seeking at modernizing our end-to-end Supply Chain digital capabilities by redefining out our disparate business processes, through adoption of industry standard methodologies, best in class technologies, and standardization across the extended eco-system where our core business processes and products operate.
The role will be part of an extended team of experts who will be accountable for driving the definition and harmonization of business processes. These experts will be core team members of various multi-year, highly complex, global programs that will transform our DPS Supply Chain.
This individual must employ a refined, multi-functional toolset of business expertise, technical knowledge, and digital competence to effectively interact with a breadth of business partners and global process owners. The successful candidate must be able to engage and operate with program teams at an execution level, as well as with senior leadership at a strategic level.
Key Responsibilities
Project Oversight: Lead ERP system implementation, scheduling, budget/resource planning, risk management, prioritisation, and progress monitoring.
Partner Collaboration: Work closely with executives, department heads, and IT teams to define project scope, requirements, and ensure ERP solutions meet business needs.
- Governance and Reporting: Chair ERP governance boards, prepare and present progress reports to executive teams. Information cascade to core team & partners (newsletter/townhalls).In collaboration with senior leaders, ensure DPS SAP S4 global template design aligns with business needs & strategies. Blueprint pressure test via cross-functional business process owners.
- Ensure ongoing integrity of global template through establishment & ownership of Design Review Board. Facilitate trade off & documentation of decisions.
- Own & Maintain Deployment Roadmap for Make & OTC Deployments.
- Minimum of bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree or MBA is desirable.
- Requires a minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in leadership roles within Operations, Supply Chain, or large transformation programs.
- Demonstrated hands-on project delivery required.
- Experience in designing, developing, implementing, and leading operational technological processes within a global organization required.
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiating skills, with proven track record to influence/collaborate to get to desired result.
- Requires people management and development experience.
- Strong customer focus (internal & external), including development and management of partners.
- Certification in areas of expertise (e.g., PMP, APICS, Lean/Six Sigma /Process Excellence, etc.) is helpful.
- Ability to effectively lead and govern cross-functional decision-making bodies required.
- Knowledge in deploying standardized work processes, tools, and templates required.
- Experience leading project timelines and achievements in complex business environments required.
- Skilled at engaging and establishing relationships with senior business partners required.
- Exceptional business and digital competence, including ERP expertise required.
- Requires Travel: up to 15% domestic and international.
