About the Role


We’re hiring a Junior Technical Delivery Associate to support one of our most strategic accounts.


This role is designed for someone who enjoys working close to the product — not in traditional project management, customer support, or account management.


It’s a hands-on technical execution position that sits at the intersection of:

  • Product
  • Engineering
  • Client delivery


Your focus is straightforward: ensure technical initiatives move forward clearly, efficiently, and with full ownership.


Around 75% of your time will be spent driving execution — supporting onboarding and configuration, coordinating feature rollouts, investigating issues, and working directly with Engineering to unblock progress.


The remaining 25% involves translating technical updates into clear communication, clarifying requirements, and aligning expectations with the client — always grounded in product and engineering realities.


You won’t own relationship strategy or commercial direction.

You will own execution clarity and technical alignment.


This is a hands-on individual contributor role with real impact.


RESPONSIBILITIES


What you’ll be doing

  • Driving day-to-day technical delivery for a major client
  • Supporting onboarding, configuration, feature rollouts, and updates
  • Translating client requests into structured technical actions
  • Working closely with Engineering and Product to unblock progress
  • Investigating delivery issues and identifying root causes
  • Explaining technical builds, constraints, and trade-offs clearly to the client
  • Managing shifting priorities in a fast-moving environment
  • Using AI tools to accelerate investigation, documentation, and analysis
  • Maintaining visibility on blockers, risks, and next steps
  • Improving internal processes and delivery playbooks over time


QUALIFICATIONS


What's important to us:

  • 1–3 years of experience in a hands-on technical delivery, implementation, product operations, or similar role
  • Comfort working with technical systems (APIs, SDKs, integrations, automation, workflows, data tools)
  • Ability to understand and explain technical concepts clearly, even if you’re not an engineer
  • Experience collaborating with Engineering or Product teams
  • Strong ownership mindset — you drive execution rather than track tasks
  • Structured thinker who can break ambiguous problems into clear next steps
  • Comfortable investigating issues and identifying root causes
  • Experience using AI tools to improve research, documentation, or workflows
  • Able to operate confidently in fast-moving environments


What’s nice to have:

  • Exposure to SaaS platforms or developer-facing products
  • Experience with APIs, system testing, UAT, or configuration tasks
  • Familiarity with CRM systems beyond surface-level usage (automation, workflow setup)
  • Basic knowledge of data tools (SQL, BI dashboards, reporting logic)
  • Startup or scale-up experience
  • Experience working with large or complex clients
