Job Title: Planning/Digital Senior Analyst (GPEX – Process Pillar)

Overview

We are seeking an experienced Planning/Digital Senior Analyst to support our GPEX Process Pillar. The ideal candidate brings strong Supply Chain Planning business expertise and digital acumen, with the ability to translate business requirements into conceptual models and collaborate effectively with digital teams to deliver impactful solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with GPEX GPM and business stakeholders to understand needs, challenges, and opportunities and translate these into process concepts and digital solution proposals.
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, ensuring alignment with digital capabilities.
• Create digital mock-ups, wireframes, and prototypes to visualize processes, user experiences, and digital workflows.
• Work closely with digital development teams to communicate business requirements and support the creation of technical specifications.
• Utilize Excel, Power BI, and related applications to analyze data, build dashboards, and support data-driven decision-making.
• Support testing and validation of digital mock-ups and prototypes.
• Prepare and maintain comprehensive documentation to enable smooth digital development and implementation.
• Support and facilitate process execution and sustainability by engaging with stakeholders, monitoring process adherence, and updating key process visuals, guidelines, and cadence tools

Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum 4 years of experience in Supply Chain Planning, with a strong track record in process mapping, requirements gathering, and business analysis.
• Strong Planning business acumen with the ability to articulate and translate business needs into conceptual models.
• Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and related digital tools.
• Demonstrated experience developing digital mock-ups, wireframes, or prototypes.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to translate business requirements into specifications for digital development teams.
• Knowledge of digital transformation practices, Agile methodologies, and enterprise digital platforms is an advantage.

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in Supply Chain business analysis, product management, or similar roles.
• Experience working with enterprise digital teams or consulting firms.
• Familiarity with UX and UI design principles.
