As a Copilot Studio & Power Platform Engineer, you will be responsible for building and delivering AI-powered solutions based on Microsoft Copilot Studio and the Power Platform. Your focus is on execution: developing agents, integrating systems, building components, and ensuring that solutions work reliably at scale.
Build & Implementation:
· Work with analysts to understand business logic and turn it into working features.
· Develop, configure, and maintain Copilot Studio agents, skills, and actions.
· Build flows that orchestrate tasks and connect processes.
· Conduct technical testing (integration testing, regression testing, end-to-end flows).
· Implement grounding strategies, prompt tuning, and data-access logic inside agents.
