As a Competence Development Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring the continuous development of skills and competencies within our Security Operations Center (SOC). You will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and following up on all training and competence development activities for SOC Analysts.

The Role
As a Competence Development Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring the continuous development of skills and competencies within our Security Operations Center (SOC). You will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and following up on all training and competence development activities for SOC Analysts.
In this role, you will:
- Plan, schedule, and coordinate onboarding, training, and competence development activities for SOC Analysts, ensuring alignment with operational needs and analyst availability.
- Develop, maintain, and continuously improve structured training pathways for different SOC roles and seniority levels, including onboarding and continuous learning programs.
- Coordinate and support delivery of training by internal SMEs, partners, vendors, and external training providers, including certification and customer-required training programs.
- Support the creation, improvement, and documentation of training materials in collaboration with subject matter experts and ensure consistent training quality.
- Maintain accurate training records, certification documentation, and compliance with internal governance, including preparation for internal and customer audits.
- Evaluate training effectiveness, gather feedback, identify skills and knowledge gaps, and propose improvements or new training initiatives across SOC operations.
- Experience in coordination, project management, HR development, or similar roles - preferably within IT or cybersecurity.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple parallel tasks.
- Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal.
- High attention to detail and strong documentation habits.
- Ability to work closely with both technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
- Familiarity with SOC environments, cybersecurity concepts, or analyst workflows is an advantage.
- Experience working with LMS platforms, training portals, or compliance systems is beneficial.
