Technical Delivery Manager | AI | SaaS | Project Delivery & Implementation | Contract | Stockholm

My client is one of the fastest growing AI companies in the world are looking for a highly talented Technical Delivery Manager on a contract basis to be based in Stockholm for 6 months. You will be responsible for planning and executing integration projects.

What you’ll be responsible for

• Own end-to-end delivery of integration and implementation projects, ensuring timelines, scope, and quality standards are met.
• Partner with technical, commercial, and external stakeholders to align on requirements and drive seamless deployments.
• Configure and launch customer environments, including SSO and identity setups, document management system integrations (e.g., iManage, SharePoint, NetDocuments), and API or data connections.
• Serve as the primary technical advisor during onboarding — guiding architecture decisions, implementation planning, testing, and go-live readiness.
• Manage stakeholder communication throughout the project lifecycle, setting expectations and providing clear progress updates.
• Contribute to pre-sales scoping by evaluating technical feasibility, recommending integration approaches, and advising on best practices.
• Tackle complex or escalated technical issues while strengthening processes to reduce repeat challenges.
• Share delivery insights with product and engineering teams to inform roadmap priorities and improve future implementations.
• Maintain ongoing technical relationships with customers, supporting optimisation, troubleshooting, and expansion opportunities.

About you

• Experience in implementation, technical consulting, solutions engineering, or a comparable client-facing technical role.
• Hands-on knowledge of authentication standards and SSO configuration.
• Exposure to enterprise system integrations, particularly document management platforms such as iManage or SharePoint.
• Ability to explain complex technical topics clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
• Analytical and structured problem solver with a proactive mindset.
• Strong communicator who builds credibility across both customer and internal teams.
• Self-directed, organised, and comfortable managing multiple projects in a fast-moving environment.
