About The Role

We're looking for Software Testing Analysts to test and evaluate AI-generated software solutions. You'll run code, check outputs, and help AI write better software.

Organization: Alignerr
Type: Hourly Contract
Compensation: $40–$120 /hour
Location: Remote
Commitment: 10–40 hours/week

What You'll Do

Test AI-generated code by running it and checking outputs
Identify bugs, edge cases, and unexpected behavior
Document test results in structured formats
Evaluate code readability and suggest improvements
Work across multiple programming languages and problem types

Who You Are

Basic coding ability — able to run and read simple programs
Logical thinking and attention to detail
Comfortable using a code editor or online IDE
Clear written communication
No formal QA or software engineering experience required
